If you read the last post, you know that Ethan is having some trouble keeping himself vertical at times. Well, today he discovered how to twirl. This should help the balance issue a great deal. He already looked like a drunk trying to walk straight, but after twirling, he pretty much enters Mel Gibson territory.
On a brighter note, their egos are developing nicely, as evidenced by their love affairs with themselves in the mirror. We have a sliding mirrored closet door in their room and they spent a good 20 minutes playing peek-a-boo with themselves, tickled by the fact that they could both hide from and find themselves. They celebrated each self-discovery by giving themselves a sloppy kiss in the mirror. It was very cute and they had me in stitches. Hmmm...stitches...given Ethan's spinning discovery, let's hope that is the only mention of stitches in this blog!
